    Abstract This inter-agency publication offers evidence-based recommendations for advancing SDG localization and compiles policy briefs, addressing key topics in local SDG implementation like data and monitoring, multilevel governance, climate action synergies, resource circularity and others. It was coordinated by UNDESA and with contributions from UNDP, UNEP, UN-Habitat, UN Regional Commissions, and the UN University, as well as organizations such GIZ, Green Hydrogen Organisation, ICLEI, Local 2030, OECD and UCLG.
