We subsequently analyse the data to address the following questions: 1. How have stakeholders identified themselves in comparison to their allocation in the internet governance stakeholder framework, and where do the discrepancies lie? 2. Have individuals maintained their roles during different editions of the IGF? 3. Have stakeholders moved between stakeholder groups? Addressing these questions will give us the means to open up a space for critical reflection on the multistakeholder model at the IGF.
