    Abstract

    This Work discusses the various ambiguities and gaps in the present international law to protect the rights of environmental migrants. Prof. Leighton furthermore elaborates how these gaps need to be addressed. Finally, recommendations on new policy approaches to improve the protection of environmental induced migrants are offered.
