Abstract This document serves as the Strategy and Plan of Action of the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI) for the period of 2023-2030. The primary objective of this strategy is twofold: to foster complementarity and synergies among the activities of IPSI members and to provide guidance for both IPSI members and other partners to actively contribute to the implementation of Satoyama Initiative at the local, national, regional, and international levels. IPSI is a global alliance comprising member organizations committed to the goals of the Satoyama Initiative, aiming to realize "societies in harmony with nature" through the revitalization and sustainable management of "socio-ecological production landscapes and seascapes" (SEPLS).
