    Abstract This report explores how international cooperation projects have incorporated the SDGs into their policy planning and implementation, focusing on multilateral development banks such as the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation, as well as the financial mechanisms of environmental conventions such as Green Climate Fund and the Global Environment Facility. It analyses different types of climate actions according to synergies and trade-offs with other sustainable development efforts, and compiles good practice case studies. It was produced by the Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC), as part of the UNU-IAS research project Governance for Sustainable Development. The report contains: (i) analysis of institutional arrangements for SDGs: budgeting, procurement, monitoring & evaluation; (ii) case studies on synergies and trade-offs of climate action; and (iii) summary report of outreach activities in FY2021.
