    Abstract There is still no unilateral understanding of corporate sustainability and its practical implementation. Organizational culture is among the main reasons for the failure of the implementation of corporate sustainability efforts and organizational change programs. The behaviour and decision-making of managers and thus the strategic direction of the company and attitudes towards sustainability, change and innovation are influenced by organizational culture.
