    Abstract ‘사회생태적 생산 경관 및 해양경관(SEPLS) 회복력지표’1)는 2011년에 UN대학과 국제생물다양성연구소(Bioversity International)가 협력하여 개발하였습니다. 이 지표는 사회생태적 생산 경관 및 해양경관(일본에서는 사토야마2)와 사토우미3)를 가리킴)의 회복력을 이해하기 위한 20가지 지표로 구성되어 있습니다. 2013년에는 UN개발계획 (UNDP), 지구환경전략연구기관(IGES)이 참여하면서 지표를 재검토하여 이 설명서에 수록된 지표가 완성되었습니다.
