    Abstract 「社会生態学的生産ランドスケープ・シースケープにおけるレジリエンス指標」は、国連大学が、2011年にバイオバーシティインターナショナル（Bioversity International）と協力して開発した指標で、社会生態生産ランドスケープ・ シースケープ（SEPLS、日本では里山里海のこと）のレジリエンスを理解するための20指標から構成されています。2013年には、国連開発計画（UNDP）、地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）も加わって、指標の見直しを行い、本冊子に掲 載されている指標となりました。 詳細は第一章に記載されていますが、このレジリエンス指標は、地域レベルでレジリエンスを包括的に捉えるためのものであり、ワークショップ形式により住民が自ら評価を実施し議論を行うことで、地域の状態に対する住民間の 共通理解を高め、地域の問題解決に向けた行動を促進することを意図しています。 本書は、現地での実際の使用を補助するためのマニュアル（ツールキット）として、上記4 機関が共同で作成した以下の原語（英語）版の主要な部分を日本語に翻訳したものです。
