    Abstract

This note proposes and analyses solutions to the orphan work issue: dynamic interpretation, as well as objective and subjective interpretations of the non-formality principle, and solutions beyond the interpretation of the current norms—ie the limitations and exceptions, including the compulsory licence, and also the establishment of applicable laws on IP.
